How can I get to your clinic?

We have three polyclinics in Dubai, UAE. One of the clinic is located in Mankhool area of Bur Dubai, one is located at Qusais and the other in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO).

Is there any parking around your clinic?

Yes, we have plenty of free car parking available at our clinics. For the Medicure Polyclinic - DSO, just drive into the ground floor parking of the building and you will find signage that point to our reserved parking bays.

Also, there is car parking available at our Mankhool Clinic where you can park your car in front of the clinic.

Which services do you provide?

As a family medical clinic, we offer one-time consultations for curing the ailment at hand as well as regular check-ups, both based on detailed medical history of the clients.

Can I choose to be seen by a specific doctor?

Yes, you can. Simply call any of our clinic reception and check the availability of the doctor that you wish to consult with.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards.
We also accept payment in cash in local currency.
If you have a valid insurance policy, we will deal directly with your insurance company for payment once your claim has been accepted by them.

What documents do we need to bring with us, before we visit the doctor?

Just bring your Medicure Identity card whenever you visit our clinics. If required, we may ask you for your insurance card to check the expiry details so have the card available with you when you visit our clinics, just in case.

If you are coming in for the first time at any of our clinics, than you have to get registered at our clinic. For it, we just need your information and if you have a medical insurance policy, than we will need your insurance card to enter the details along with your information into our system.

Do you provide medical reports for our family G.P.?

Yes, a patient may request a completed medical report to take back home. If necessary, we also provide complete documentation of the medical examinations performed at the clinic.

What are the opening hours of your clinic?

• Medicure Polyclinic - DSO opening hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
• Medicure Polyclinic – Mankhool opening hours are from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm
• Medicure Polyclinic – Qusais opening hours are from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm

Do you have a pharmacy?

Yes, we have three pharmacies. They are located at DSO, Mankhool and Qusais. All three pharmacies are located near to the Medicure Polyclinics. You can also ask our reception staff and they will help you guide towards it.
